Sharing Contact Information is Strictly Prohibited
Users are prohibited from sharing personal contact information through the platform's messaging system. This includes but is not limited to:

- Email addresses
- Social media handles (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- Personal website URLs
- Any other means of direct contact outside the platform
Why this policy exists:
- To protect users from fraud and scams
- To ensure safe transactions through our secure payment system
- To provide dispute resolution support when needed
- To maintain a trusted marketplace environment
Enforcement:
Our AI-powered moderation system automatically detects and removes contact information from messages. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Messaging Guidelines
When using our messaging system:
- Be respectful and professional in all communications
- Discuss artwork details, pricing, and shipping through the platform
- Report any suspicious behavior to our support team
- Do not attempt to circumvent the contact sharing policy
- All messages are subject to AI moderation for safety
User Accounts
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Listing Eligibility and Enforcement
This marketplace is reserved for artwork, handmade crafts, art materials, and approved photographic art listings.
- Listings must clearly present artwork, craft, or approved creative materials that belong on the marketplace.
- Personal selfies, casual portrait photos, unrelated lifestyle snapshots, spam, and non-art uploads are not allowed.
- Photography listings must show photographic art or clearly visible artwork or craft, not personal photos with no artistic listing context.
- We may remove listings, hide public posts, or suspend accounts when uploads breach these marketplace standards.
Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously:
- Your personal data is encrypted and securely stored
- Messages are moderated by AI to protect users from scams
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- You can request deletion of your data at any time
Platform Security
Our security measures include:
- AI-powered content moderation
- Automatic detection and removal of contact information
- Secure payment processing
- Regular security audits and updates
- User reporting and blocking capabilities
Returns and Refunds
This return policy applies to orders shipped to Uganda. We accept returns only for defective products.
- Returns: Defective or materially misdescribed items only. You must report the issue within 48-72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges for defective items where possible. If an exchange is not available, we may offer a refund.
- No returns for preference. We do not accept returns for subjective reasons such as taste, color perception, or changing your mind.
Summary:
Returns are accepted only for defective products. Exchanges are accepted for defective items.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
- Governing Law: The laws of the Republic of Uganda shall govern these terms
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda
- Applicable Legislation: These terms comply with Ugandan consumer protection laws, data protection regulations, and e-commerce guidelines
- Language: These terms are provided in English, which is an official language of Uganda
Uganda-Specific Compliance:
This platform operates in compliance with Ugandan laws including the Electronic Transactions Act, Data Protection and Privacy Act, and Consumer Protection laws. All business activities are conducted within the legal framework of Uganda.
