    Listings can include the platform's 18% marketplace charge for marketing, commission, handling, and URA tax clearance. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.

    Do you ship outside Uganda?

    Yes. We support shipping within Uganda, across Africa, and to other international destinations, with rates confirmed at checkout.

    How long does delivery take?

    Uganda orders usually arrive in 2-6 business days. International deliveries typically take 5-12 business days, depending on destination.

    What is the refund policy?
